Formerly the site of a factory from the industrial era, the structures of the Fabrik and Speicher are to be revitalised with the addition of a penthouse floor. They will be brought together by the Atelier, a new build with five storeys, completing the base of a striking property trio. A basement will be added beneath the complex, providing underground parking, freeing up space outside for a garden area. All of these elements will bring into being a property with a strong architectural concept, combining the past with the present and located centrally in the vibrant neighbourhood of Kreuzberg.
